Diversity
Diversity is a core value for Ken Perry Law Firm, LLC. When Ken started his legal career at “Bradley Arant Rose & White” (now Bradley Arant Boult Cummings) in 1993, he was the second ethnic minority lawyer to work at the firm, founded in 1870. He became the firm’s first minority associate promoted to partner in 2000, and he later served in several management-related capacities, including recruiting and associate evaluation.
Moreover, during his last seven years at the firm, Ken served as chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, which he led in the development of programs and initiatives aiding the firm’s efforts to recruit, retain, and develop diverse talent. As a result of his journey, Ken offers a unique perspective concerning diversity and inclusion, and his input is often sought by those seeking to bring greater, better diversity and inclusion to their workplaces. If you have an interest in having a dialogue with Ken concerning diversity and inclusion at your law firm or organization, please contact his assistant, Runell Lacy (205.778.2003, rlacy@kenperrylawfirm.com).
